In addition, we have a separate fitness pool with the dimensions of 6m x 7.8m x depth 12.2m that includes from high intensity to low intensity aqua workouts to increase muscle resistance, improve cardiovascular endurane, burn fat, and achieve maximum results with zero impacts on the joints and bones.
